Tell us about your journey. Why advertising and technology?

The many facets of marketing and advertising excited me so despite engineering focused study in high school, I decided to get a degree in mass media and mass communication and later got an MBA in Strategic Marketing with a minor in Finance. I started working in advertising and used my technical and mathematical background for strategy, media planning, measurement and analytics. Through the various positions I’ve worked in over the past ten years, I’ve continued my learning into algorithmic models, platforms, all media and ad technology to understand the entire landscape. I love what I do and that is why I strive every day to learn as much as I can, about the ever changing media landscape.

What are a few of your strengths and passions? How has working at MBuy enabled you to flex some of these muscles?

My passion is to make sure we provide our clients with the best strategic and technological solutions to the business problems at hand. I love how our strategy and planning starts with data mining, relevance and logical analysis for a particular brand and its vision. Connecting media to business KPIs and proving how media and marketing are key drivers of business across verticals and industries is what excites me.

In what ways has working at MBuy challenged you and enabled you to grow?

I love the entrepreneurial spirit of my co-workers and their dedication to the overall business. The product development and optimization teams that I lead work tirelessly to provide the best-in-class solutions for each client, making us excel in all that we deliver.

What do you enjoy most about working at MBuy?

The collaborative team spirit and brainstorming sessions which bring the brightest of minds together. I love our team meetings and scribbling our product development designs and ideas on whiteboards, working with the best and the brightest to provide best-in-class media planning, analytics, and media execution solutions for our clients.

Coffee or tea?

Neither and no soda either. I drink hot water and lemon to start my day and kick start my brain! And just water all day, keeps me going.
