Optima Health off­ers health insurance coverage to individuals and families in Virginia. MBuy ran the digital and PPC initiatives for Optima Health’s 2015-2016 open enrollment period. The resulting cross-channel media plan consisted of PPC, Display, Facebook, Pre-Roll and DR TV. These tactics led to a 113% membership enrollment rate, an increase in site visits and click through rate, and increased DR TV calls year-over-year.
